Our mission
We’ve seen too many flight schools stuck using outdated, overpriced, and hard-to-use tools. Systems that don’t reflect how flight schools actually operate full of friction, buried settings, and clunky billing. Growing up around aviation, we heard the same frustrations over and over. So we built something that just works.
The Founding Team
We’re a small team of creatives, engineers, and builders focused on helping flight schools grow and run better systems. Everything we build is driven by collaboration and a clear goal to make training smoother and more efficient.
I grew up in aviation. My dad is a Southwest captain, my brother is a CFI, and I’ve spent years around hangars, runways, and airspace chatter. What I kept hearing from flight schools (over and over again) was that software in this industry is painfully behind. It’s slow, expensive, bloated, and makes simple tasks harder than they need to be.
Sky Schedule is our response to that. We wanted to build a clean system that doesn’t just work, but feels like it belongs in 2025. Something your instructors don’t have to be trained on, something your students can actually use, and something you as the school owner can rely on to run your business.
We’re starting with simple scheduling, easy billing, and modern dashboards but we’re thinking way bigger. From automation and payments to lead capture and review tools, this is just the first version of what we know will become the best tool in the industry.
